Cancellation & Refund Policy

WebRoute Assam believes in supporting its customers to the fullest extent and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 1-2 days of placing the order or service agreement. However, cancellations may not be entertained if work on the service or project has already commenced.
Since WebRoute Assam provides online services, cancellation requests for completed or delivered digital services may not be accepted. Refunds or adjustments will be made at the sole discretion of WebRoute Assam depending on the service stage and scope.
In case you encounter issues with the service quality or delivery, please report these to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of the service delivery confirmation. Our team will review your concerns and decide on an appropriate resolution.
For services involving third-party products or warranties, please refer directly to the manufacturer or service provider.
Refunds approved by WebRoute Assam will typically take 6-8 days to be processed and credited to the customer.
